1. Services
Camden Logistics provides passenger transportation and related services through its brands 918 Shuttle, 405 Shuttle, and Monarch Limo.
All services are subject to availability, operational conditions, traffic, weather, vehicle capacity, and safety considerations. We reserve the right to modify routes, vehicles, schedules, or service availability as necessary.
2. Reservations and Payments
Reservations may be made online, by phone, or through approved booking channels.
By submitting a reservation, you agree:
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- You will comply with all applicable policies
Payment terms may vary depending on service type. Charges may include base fare, mileage, wait time, tolls, parking, gratuity, cleaning fees, damage fees, and other applicable charges.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, misuse, or safety concerns.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service booked. Applicable cancellation timeframes and fees will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Failure to cancel within the required timeframe may result in partial or full charges.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Passenger Conduct
Passengers agree to:

- Follow driver instructions
- Wear seatbelts at all times
- Treat vehicles and drivers with respect
The following are prohibited:
- Smoking or vaping in vehicles
- Illegal substances
- Open containers where prohibited by law
- Disorderly or unsafe conduct
We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if passenger behavior threatens safety or violates these Terms.
Passengers are financially responsible for damage caused to vehicles beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camden Logistics shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or events beyond our control
- Missed flights, appointments, or connections
- Loss or damage to personal property
Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
6. Assumption of Risk
By using our services, you acknowledge that transportation involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and agree that Camden Logistics is not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. SMS Communications and Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications from Camden Logistics, 918 Shuttle, 405 Shuttle, or Monarch Limo.
These messages may include:
- Booking confirmations
- Trip updates
- Service reminders
- Operational alerts
- Promotional offers
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
